eplas Qualifications

The eplas basic admin is the basic qualification for using eplas in your company. You need to have completed the module "eplas basic (basics + master data)" as well as a specialist or extension module of your choice.

Once you have achieved this qualification, you will know the basics in eplas, like settings, master data and the interrelationships of the elements. We recommend that, according to the size of the company and the eplas module scope used, at least two people in the company are trained with this qualification, . Depending on the licensed volume of functions, you can use this yourself to provide qualified first-level support in your company and answer the most important questions of daily use directly.

The eplas advanced admin is the second qualification level. The prerequisite for this is the qualification of "eplas basic admin" (consisting of the module "eplas basic (basics + master data)" as well as one specialist or extension module of your choice) and the participation in two further specialist/extension modules or "HSE best practice" workshops.

Through the training in several specialised modules, you will acquire broad-based knowledge in the individual specialised modules and deepen your knowledge regarding the interlinking of these separate specialised modules with each other. For an efficient use of eplas in your company, we recommend the training of at least one eplas advanced admin.

The eplas professional admin is the highest level of the qualification programme. The prerequisites are the achievement of the "eplas advanced admin" status and the participation in two further specialist/extension modules or "HSE best practice" workshops.

As an eplas professional admin, your focus is on the strategic advancement of HSE processes and permanent improvement of HSE processes with eplas.

In addition, you will receive special access to resources and services and, as a VIP participant, you can take part in our eplas user forum and in the working groups on specialist topics.
