Our speakers introduce themselves

Jochen Blöcher

As the founder and Managing Director of Jochen Blöcher GmbH, I deal on a daily basis with issues concerning safety, organization, and responsibility within companies. I also incorporate this experience into our training program for workplace first responders.

Martin Gündling

I have been working at the company since January 2018. My key areas of focus are conducting eplas rollouts and process design.

Jens Handke

I have been with the company since 2007. I now lead the Reporting/Data Handling team, and together with my team, we handle everything related to the import or output of data in its various forms.

Johannes Henne

I have been part of Jochen Blöcher GmbH since 2016. My primary responsibilities as a Consultant and IT Project Manager include the implementation of our HSE management solution, eplas, and the support of existing clients.

Nils Kerkhoff

I have been working as a Consultant at the company since August 2025. Currently, my primary focus areas are the Blended Learning modules and occupational health screening.

René Kerkhoff

I have been with the company since September 2022, contributing my experience to various projects. My primary focus lies in consulting and checklists (process design).

Frank Metterle

I have been working at the company since April 2021. My key areas of focus are working as a specialist in occupational safety, hazardous materials management, and the development of checklists and workflows.

Lea Müller

I have been part of the company since May 2025. My key areas of focus are checklists, master data, and blended learning.

Philipp Schmauch

I have been working as a Safety Engineer (M.Sc.) since 2016. My areas of specialization include occupational safety, fire protection, the handling of hazardous substances, and immission control.
